Please note that it may be several minutes after an order is placed before Pre-order Now is able to add the 'pre-order' tag to it.
If after several minutes the order is still not tagged, there are a few possibilities:
- Confirm at least one of the products in the order is currently on pre-order by visiting the product page of the product and ensuring the pre-order button appears.
- If you're using a product options app, check if it creates hidden variants. If it does, Pre-order Now may not identify the hidden variants as being on pre-order.
- An error may have occurred that prevented our server from adding the 'pre-order' tag to the order. If you've ruled out the first two possibilities above please contact support, and we'll check on this third possibility for you.
